In a city where almost 40% of young Black residents are unemployed, these numbers matter. Imagine what Chicago would be like if every person, especially those in underserved communities, had a direct and accessible path to a sustainable career.
Our graduates and trainees prove every day that when the opportunity to develop new skills, overcome obstacles, and build financial independence is presented, they will take it. And by doing so, they’re sparking a revolution.
The impact of their hard work and dedication is a future with thriving communities, better communication, higher employment, bigger opportunities, and a more efficient and equitable construction industry built by ALL of us.
We can’t wait to show you where we’ve been, and where we’re headed next. Stop by the workshop anytime.
Our door is always open.
