Jasmine Thomas

Jasmine Thomas is profoundly committed to helping others realize their full potential. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Africana Studies and a minor in Sociology.  She has been with RW since 2019, serving first as the Program Associate and then as the Program Coordinator where she grew a love for teaching financial literacy. Now, Jasmine serves as RW’s Director of Career Growth Services. She brings rigor and sensitivity to her role managing the team that empowers RW alum on the road to financial success through continuous leveling up in their careers. Jasmine is dedicated to her own personal growth and education including pursuing a Certificate in Trauma Informed Leadership.
