About Trades Pathways

Program Details:

  • 12 weeks
  • Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm

  • 6 training cohorts are offered each year. 3 at our East Garfield Park location. 3 at our Roseland location. Attend an info session to learn more.

Program Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Pass physical assessment

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Have or be able to obtain/reinstate your driver’s license

You’ll receive:

  • Expert skills training in hand and power tools, materials handling, safety, and more
  • A weekly stipend to help manage expenses while you learn
  • A basic set of tools to get you started
  • Transportation assistance
  • All necessary personal protective equipment
  • Job placement assistance once your training is complete
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • NCCER Core Certification
  • OSHA-10 Certification
